6) GET ENOUGH SLEEP

7) CHALLENGE YOURSELF
Ek new language sekhne se aapka mind sharp hota hai. MUSIC lessons
sekhne se aap jaada intelligent bante hai. Kosish kre ki morning me apne pure
din ke liye koi 3 tasks decide kar le, aur day ke khatam hone tak saare task
pure kar le.
8) LAUGH
HASSI ek aisa vitamin hai jiski jarrort aapko har din hoti hai. laughing
aapke stress ko kaafi hadd tak kam karta hai. Jo log jadatar khush rehte hai
unka immune system kaafi better hota hai or unhe heart attack ka khatra bhi
kaafi kam hota.
